March Gathering Guest Speaker- Lisa Saunders

Lisa M. Saunders, Marketing Guru, Producer, Entrepreneur and National Motivational Speaker has lent her voice in the areas of film, radio, and television for more than 30 years and now her voice can be heard through print media. Her new book, “Destiny Awaits: The Pouring Out of Wisdom for Humanity to Drink” is a spiritual and motivational book to inspire others to achieve their destiny.  She is also the producer/host of her own radio talk show, “A Date with Destiny.”

Lisa M. Saunders is Founder and President of Master Minds, L.L.C. She is also the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Making It Happen, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in helping others to achieve their dreams. She sits on the board of directors for “Angels in Disguises,” an International nonprofit organization that helps women and children with AIDS. Lisa is also a nationally recognized Motivational Speaker with a niche in the area of women empowerment.  Additionally, Lisa has spent 30 years in sales and marketing. She has a “Who’s Who” rolodex of top celebrities in the nation, which serves as a great foundation when booking speakers for both national and local events. Lisa has produced, directed, and hosted a music video show that aired in and around the Baltimore Metropolitan area; “Kicking It,” which won an award in one of the counties as being the first and longest running video show to air in the county.

As a public speaker, wife, mother and most importantly a child of God, Lisa Saunders is rising to National prominence by delivering high energy messages which helps people to live up to their greatness, and their God given potential. These are the messages that Lisa has learned in her own life, and is helping others apply it to theirs.

 

Lisa has given back to the community, serving on several committees, boards, and is an advocate for The National Great Blacks In Wax Museum. She has received numerous awards and certificates for her outstanding contributions in helping those less fortunate than herself. One of her favorite mottos is, (and she has many) "To whom much is given, much is required."

 

For Lisa, being a motivational/keynote speaker is to be a messenger of empowerment, spurring the human spirit and awakening the greatest that is to be found in each of us. A true motivational speaker is one that lives their messages as opposed to putting on an act for the audience. Being a motivational or keynote speaker is not a trade that can be learned, for it is not the words that make the difference but rather the person sharing them.
