A two part question.
Whenever someone asks for styling help, the most tried and true comment I read is “Go to YouTube”. (YT)
So to those that watch (YT) videos, what is one piece of advice you would give to someone interested in creating videos? Are there any unspoken rules or YT etiquette they should know?
Also, are there any pros and cons to watching (YT) videos?
Stay to the point of the video...if its a tutorial then go right into the tutorial of a hairstyle, start with pics of the hairstyle, show you actually doing the style (fast view) and later add vocals. Add the products etc at the end because not everyone uses the same products and depending on internet connection its not that easy to just fastforward thru the parts you don't need to care to know.
